Assembling and protecting finished circuit boards or electronic modules to
ensure high reliability and long-term performance, are the most common
applications for Dow Corning® brand silicones. Our protective solutions include

protection against humidity, moisture, vibration, thermal cycling & shock,
compensation for CTE mismatch, over heating, corrosion, RFI/EMI radiation, and
increase insulation and chemical resistance in a wide variety of applications
through an array of dispensing technologies.
We offer assembly solutions through a range of thermally and electrically
conductive adhesives, adhesives, sealants and primers. These materials provide
assembly solutions to a variety of applications including heat sink, substrate
attach, housing assembly, connector seals, as well as electrical interconnect
